Dies ist eine der besten First-Class-Lounges, in denen ich je war. Das Privatzimmer mit eigenem Bad eignet sich perfekt für eine längere Durchreise. Das Bett verfügt über eine super bequeme Hästens-Matratze und eine hervorragende Aussicht auf den Asphalt. Abendessen auf Restaurantniveau mit dem obligatorischen Käsefondue vor Ihrem LX-F-Flug!

Wir fühlten uns wohl, da noch nicht viele andere Gäste da waren. Die Kellner waren freundlich, aber ihre Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse waren unter mittlerem Niveau. Es schien, als gäbe es nur einen Duschraum. Ich hoffe, dass ich falsch liege.

Wir übernachteten zum ersten Mal in Swias First Lounge E, während meine Frau und ich zu unserem 15. Hochzeitstag eine Fernreise machten. Wir haben das Faulenzen vom Anfang bis zum Ende wirklich genossen. Reibungsloser Check-in und Sicherheitskontrolle sowie ein sicherer Transfer vom A-Gate zum E-Gate sind nur einige der zu nennenden Vorteile. Die Lounge verfügt über ein tolles À-la-carte-Restaurant und bietet Aufenthaltsräume mit Betten und Annehmlichkeiten in Hotelqualität. Es ist eine tolle Erfahrung dort.

This is one of two first class lounges at Zurich Airport. To visit the lounge you can either take a shuttle from the first class lounge in the main terminal, or access the E terminal via the airport train, both of course providing you have a first class ticket or possess the Lufthansa HON level. The lounge was awarded “best first class lounge in the world” by Skytrax in 2022. We can understand why. The interior is exquisite, featuring lots of wood and leather seats. It has comfortable couches for reading and relaxing. In the dining area it has four booths adjacent to the bar that seat up to four people, and in the other dining section there are tables for two and four. The lighting is very nice and makes for a relaxed and stress-free stay in the lounge. The bar is well assorted and the bartender was very open to trying some of our favorite cocktails. The bar features Swiss specialties such as local gins, local beers, and of course Swiss wines. The bar also has a nice champagne and wine selection from other countries than Switzerland. Compared to the Lufthansa first class lounges, this Swiss Air lounge features far better wines. The same goes for the food. The menu is excellent and features options for every taste and preference, including vegetarian options. We tried several appetizers and main courses and were very happy with the quality, taste, and presentation. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were seated immediately and served water while getting comfortable in our seats. The staff gave good recommendations and asked if we had any allergies. After taking our orders the food was served very promptly, which of course is important if your boarding is coming up. There are no boarding announcements so you need to keep track of your boarding time. There are monitors by the entrance, and the staff at the entrance will also check any changes in your flight schedule. When it is time to board you simply take the elevators to the boarding level of the terminal. After a short walk you will be at your gate, where you of course get to board first. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Food and Drinks: The culinary offerings in this lounge are simply outstanding. From delicious meals to an impressive selection of wines, including local wines from Landolt Weine Zürich, the dining experience here is top-notch. Summary: In my opinion, this airport lounge is among the best in the world. It seamlessly combines a serene ambiance, excellent service, a wide range of facilities, and a culinary experience that's hard to match. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this lounge elevates your ZRH airport experience to a whole new level.

It was not my first visit in this nicely designed SWISS First Class Lounge in Zurich. The service is very friendly and courteous. I liked the food in their à la carte restaurant, although vegetarian options are very limited. Drinks, especially the cocktails were delicious! I enjoyed my stay and I‘m looking forward to relax in this lounge again!
