Das Personal war freundlich und einladend. Das Essen war für eine Business-Lounge sehr durchschnittlich. Die Auswahl an Alkohol war fantastisch. Die Lounge ist viel größer als es scheint. Sehr sauber. Ich war Freitagabend dort und hatte mehr als genug freie Plätze. Die Duschen waren großartig und sehr sauber. Der einzige Grund, warum ich keine 5-Sterne-Bewertung vergebe, ist das durchschnittliche Essen. Wenn Sie ein Luftfahrtfreak sind, ist die Aussicht auf die Flugzeuge mehr als spektakulär. Eine durchschnittliche Lounge, aber praktisch für diejenigen, die von den E-Gates abfliegen. Es ist sehr schwierig, genügend Platz zu finden. Eine gute Besonderheit war der offene Luftraum, von dem aus man die Flugzeuge beobachten konnte. Essen sehr durchschnittlich

Die Auswahl an Speisen ist begrenzt, aber die Lounge ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist im Allgemeinen freundlich. Es gibt auch einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, von dem aus man den startenden Flugzeugen zusehen kann, was eine tolle Sache ist. Es gibt auch eine Whiskey-Bar, aber leider war das Personal an der Bar nicht so freundlich wie der Rest.

The SWISS Business Lounge E at Zurich Airport offers a comfortable and spacious setting, but the overall experience feels average for a flagship lounge. The seating areas are pleasant, with panoramic runway and mountain views, but the food selection is quite limited, with only a small variety of hot and cold dishes. While the drinks and coffee options are adequate, the overall dining choices fall short compared to other international business lounges. Service is polite but not particularly attentive, with minimal interaction from staff. While convenient for long-haul departures, the lounge could benefit from a more extensive menu and warmer hospitality.

You can access this lounge from Gate E, which is past security and passport control for deprtures from non-Schengen areas. It’s a beautifully-designed bright and airy lounge with the best open air observation deck I’ve seen. Well-staffed and clean with dedicated areas for relaxing, working, and napping. In addition to a variety of prepared foods, there is an operating kitchen where your order is prepared in front of you. Excellent wine selection, two beers on tap, and even an ice cream fridge.

Staff at counter are putting very minimal effort for customer service. Both staff and supervisor rejected us stating that we don’t have access despite asking for them to check communication from the airline. Only when the duty manager came to show the email for access then the supervisor tried to give excuses and said she’s busy and didn’t check the email. Being in customer service line is putting in effort and not waiting for it to be served instead. The lounge itself was acceptable and the staff in there were friendly but first impression still matters.
