I would like to sincerely thank the entire practice and the whole team. My dog Tyler suffers from a serious heart condition with recurring ascites, which is very stressful for both of us. Today, another puncture was performed, and the team worked incredibly calmly, sensitively, and professionally. Tyler felt significantly better immediately afterward. I especially appreciate the warm atmosphere and the respectful treatment—not only of the animals but also of their owners. In a very difficult financial and personal situation for me, the practice was also very accommodating regarding the price. This is anything but a given and shows how much humanity and animal welfare are prioritized here. I am incredibly grateful to the entire practice—the veterinarians and assistants—for their support, patience, and care. Dr. Hediger is such a wonderful veterinarian. My two dogs are always extremely stressed, and she has so much patience and empathy. Above all, she always takes her time for us and takes us seriously. For the first time in a long time, I feel so well cared for at a veterinary practice. The veterinary assistants are also incredibly kind! Thank you so much, and keep up the great work!
