Nach Rücksprache mit einem Krankenhaus (in diesem Fall dem Gläubiger) stellte sich heraus, dass nie eine Rechnung an meine Privatadresse geschickt wurde, und ich sie sofort nach Erhalt bezahlte, woraufhin alle Gebühren storniert wurden. Das Betreibungsamt bestand darauf, dass ich an sie und nicht an das Krankenhaus zahlen sollte, und forderte mich sogar auf, meine Zahlung an das Krankenhaus zu stornieren, damit ich stattdessen an sie zahlen könne. Außerdem wiesen sie darauf hin, dass ihnen in jedem Fall Gebühren gezahlt werden müssten. Typische Kredithaie.

Ich habe vor drei Wochen angerufen und jemand, der wahrscheinlich dort arbeitet, hat sich gemeldet, hatte aber offenbar keine Lust dazu und hat mir falsche Angaben gemacht. Ich fragte, ob ich meinen Betreibungsauszug, den ich bereits einmal bestellt hatte, per E-Mail als PDF erhalten könnte. Mir wurde gesagt, dass dies möglich sei und dass ich es sogar noch am selben Tag erhalten würde, wenn ich die E-Mail mit der Anfrage vor 16:00 Uhr abschicken würde. Allerdings habe ich immer noch keine Antwort erhalten, was ich etwas enttäuschend finde. JANU.

Es ist eine Katastrophe!!!!!!! Ja, leider ist dieses Inkassobüro ein menschenverachtendes Unternehmen und auch sehr unfreundlich. Sie beschlagnahmen jeden Cent. Wie um alles in der Welt sollst du leben? Leider ist es nicht seriös, aber ja, dem Inkassobüro ist das egal. Andere Inkassobüros kümmern sich um alles und sind dabei human. Man bekommt unhöfliche Kommentare und fragt höflich, aber Freundlichkeit steht nicht im Vordergrund. Warum finden Sie keine Lösung? Nun, sie sollten wirklich prüfen, ob alles legal ist. Es ist ihnen wirklich egal, ob Sie kein Geld haben oder wie Sie die Rechnungen bezahlen sollen.

The police showed up unannounced in my hallway outside my shower and took me away without explanation, which was one of the most unpleasant things I've ever experienced. Once at the debt collection office, I asked what was going on. They told me there had been a mix-up and they thought I'd already been picked up by the police, which wasn't the case. Another time, I called about an outstanding amount and asked how much was still owed. I paid the specified amount that same day. Almost a month later, I received a bill because interest had supposedly increased during the period between my payment and the receipt of the funds. This included a late fee of €40. When I called, they justified this by saying it was due to a poor accounting system – "the post office sometimes takes up to three days to send the money" – and that they couldn't do anything about it. This debt collection office is constantly making mistakes, which then have to be rectified by someone who's already struggling financially. Someone should really take a closer look at this place. An embarrassing company, just like every employee in it.
