I was presented with a contract that mentioned options I didn't actually have.
What would the Swisscom shop in Münsingen be without the very friendly, empathetic, and helpful Mr. Paulo Lima? 5 stars aren't enough for him. On the other hand, the junior employee who responded to me in an arrogant, condescending, and unfriendly manner could be fired. He's a no-go when dealing with customers! (He was almost portrayed as stupid.) Especially when it later turns out that the two Swisscom employees who installed my fiber optic connection installed the connection incorrectly in the socket itself. Normally, it would be on 2, but they installed it on 1. So, the fact that the TV wasn't working wasn't even my fault... I'd also like to thank the honest technician who came by, noticed this problem, and fixed it.
For years, the staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable, providing good advice. Mr. Paulo Lima took a lot of time today to address our concerns, which was very sympathetic and to the complete satisfaction of my daughter and me. Thank you very much! 😊 …
