It's a shame that good customer service is increasingly disappearing. It shouldn't be the case that management simply replies "we're out of stock" when ordering. A cordon bleu should still be available to prepare even an hour before closing time, and not for the first time ever: "we're out of stock." It's a pity, the products are great, but unfortunately, one person is becoming less and less responsive to customer requests.
