Wir haben kürzlich Theo Graf quasi im Notfall angerufen, da wir schnell einen Parkettboden erneuern mussten. Theo Graf ließ alles fallen und kümmerte sich hervorragend um den beschädigten Boden. Im Handumdrehen sah der Boden wieder wie neu aus und wir konnten ohne Verzögerung mit unserer Arbeit fortfahren. Exzellenter Service! Vielen Dank, Theo und Team!
Wir haben alle Fenster in unserem Haus ersetzen lassen. Unsere Fensterrenovierung ist perfekt verlaufen. Die Theo Graf AG vermittelte alle notwendigen Handwerker und koordinierte die Termine. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Interessant war auch, dass wir die Fensterproduktion in Rafz besichtigen konnten. Von der ersten Beratung bis zur finalen Installation verlief alles reibungslos. We had a window enlarged, and the result is excellent. Even though a small mistake crept in (wrong color window frame), all the employees worked honestly, competently, and quickly, corrected the error without hesitation, and we are very satisfied with the result. A few weeks later, we urgently needed a technician because a 10-year-old balcony window was sticking; this too was resolved very quickly and easily by the Graf company. Top-notch service!
We had 16 windows replaced in our detached house, which dates back to the 1980s. The consultation was excellent, and the specifications we ordered, including the glass, color, and hardware, were implemented quickly. We even got a short tour of the workshop and production line – it's something you have to see. We are very satisfied, thank you.
It took a full three weeks to get the quote, despite multiple phone calls and emails. The man who measured the window quoted a lower price than the one in the original quote. We then scheduled an installation appointment, but unfortunately, this appointment was canceled just two hours beforehand. The window was still with the carpenter and far from finished. The entire project took seven weeks. It was good that at least the order could be canceled without any problems. Frustrating! The staff were always friendly. Therefore, I can only give them one star.
