Katastrophe. Sie haben meinen LG-Fernseher geliefert und bei der Installation die Stromkabel in der Wand beschädigt. Die Lieferung des Fernsehers dauerte einen Monat (schätzungsweise 3-5 Tage). Ich denke darüber nach, in eine Wohnung umzuziehen, da die Reparatur der Strominstallation wahrscheinlich Monate oder Jahre dauern wird. Sie greifen nicht zum Telefon und antworten nicht auf E-Mails. Vermeiden Sie es um jeden Preis. LG ist eine gute TV-Marke, aber dieser Aufwand lohnt sich nicht. Besorge dir einen anderen Fernseher.
Der schlechteste Service aller Zeiten ... langsam, nicht reagierend und unhöflich. Sie lieferten nicht einmal den richtigen Artikel und sagten: „Unsere Pflicht besteht nicht darin, den richtigen Artikel zu liefern, sondern darin, es zu versuchen“ ... nur die schlechtesten Leute und sie liefern für LG-Elektronik, wenn Sie die Wahl haben, finden Sie andere Lieferanten ...

One star is still too much for this pathetic display of incompetence…unparalleled. I registered my TV with Samsung due to a software error and picked it up in mid-December. First, the company practically destroyed it during transport, resulting in a broken screen. Then, I waited an eternity for the repair authorization. Last Wednesday, when the repair shop finally fixed everything and gave the go-ahead, they were incapable of delivering the device to me within a week. But hey, what's two more weeks when the TV has already been "in repair" for a month and a half? Oh yes, but after I suggested three suitable delivery dates, which, strangely enough, vanished without a trace, they still don't feel able to find a practical and customer-friendly solution. It must be said that this company only started to take action regarding delivery after I intervened. True to the motto "Expect little, get much," with this company it's more like: Expect little and get even less! Tip: It's better to write off the device and get a new one than to get involved with this company.
I had a completely positive experience. The device was picked up within 48 hours and delivered again the same week after the repair. My only criticism is the time it took to respond to customer inquiries, hence the one-star deduction. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Review adjusted after installation: 1* for the logistics beforehand: The manufacturer (LG) promised delivery and installation of a 77" TV within 5 days. SZ Service Plus is the contracted service provider. I've been in contact with the company for over 2 weeks now, trying to arrange a delivery date. After several verbal appointment commitments/requests were not kept (sometimes with 6 hours' notice, "Sorry, we can't come tomorrow"), I'm now considering alternative options. Promises are not kept, inquiries are answered (Is Friday or Saturday convenient for you?) but then no response is received. Interestingly, they work on Sundays, but then suddenly there's radio silence again. The service staff is friendly, but communication is very, very difficult ("I'll get back to you asap" and then radio silence again). Delivery then took place after almost 2 weeks. The installation itself was super friendly, efficient, and very pleasant (5*). The team did an excellent job. Overall, therefore, 3*
