In den letzten 6 Monaten haben wir eng mit CSRS (Franco) zusammengearbeitet, um den besten Studienplatz zu ermitteln. Von Anfang an teilte Franco sein tiefes Wissen mit uns und führte uns durch den gesamten Verwaltungsdschungel. Franco ist sehr motiviert und hilfsbereit, wenn es darum geht, seinen Kunden zu unterstützen, und ist bei Bedarf bereit, die Extrameile zu gehen. Auch die Webseite von CSRS war hilfreich und die Videos sind selbsterklärend, da sie Schritt für Schritt erklärt werden.
