Stopped here to buy a vignette before using the Swiss highway to Zurich. Staff was fine, but unfortunately the toilets were dirty and not well-maintained. Expected better cleanliness for a stop catering to travelers.

We were on our way to our holiday and made a quick stop to replenish our fluids. The shopkeeper surprised us. He was working on December 25th, a Christmas holiday, but was still incredibly friendly, personable, and cheerful. He instantly brightened our day.

The food was of very poor quality, and the drinks were barely chilled. The employee seemed unmotivated and his dissatisfaction was quite apparent. Overall, a disappointing visit. I will stop at a different rest area in the future.
