It's okay. There's little to no selection of ready-made salads. Sometimes the pastries aren't ready in the morning. The service varies depending on who's serving.
I am writing to describe a very unpleasant experience I had at your Avec Seuzach branch on August 4, 2025, at 9:24 p.m. As I work in security and was still on duty at the time, I decided to quickly buy a pack of cigarettes at your branch – not a large purchase, just a quick one-off. As soon as I approached the checkout, the employee behind the counter demonstratively shook his head. During the payment process with my card, he then stated in a clearly audible tone: "The worst customers are the ones who come at the last minute." He repeated this statement about three times. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unfriendly to customers. It is not the first time I have encountered such a listless and unfriendly attitude from employees at this branch – even during the day. Customers who adhere to the opening hours and remain polite should not be confronted with such behavior. Had the amount not already been debited, I would certainly have abandoned my purchase. In my opinion, an employee who so clearly lacks enthusiasm for their work should consider whether customer service is the right position for them. I sincerely hope that you will investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to restore customer focus in your branch.
The best employee is Aldrin. Every day, he works his butt off to keep the place running smoothly. He comes to work with great energy and is a very friendly young man. Highly recommended! Regards
