Old machines which force you to pay for parking only with cash... if you don't have it you won't leave the parking. oooh and I did hear that if you happen to loose your ticket they will charge you 50CHF despite having the monitoring system and all the parking data available in their system. Nowadays it sounds like a fraud.

A disastrous company. Ancient technology and software, complicated to use, support unprofessional and incompetent. The managing director himself isn't interested in the customers and doesn't respond. Every support request has to be paid for, even though a service contract is in place. We waited several days for a response and couldn't serve customers, couldn't renew subscriptions, etc. Requesting reports was very time-consuming and inefficient. We now have a different access system and are happy. We're still waiting for a refund for the service contract we've already paid for. Skidata told us they can be accommodating in this regard...I'm curious.

A disastrous company with outdated technology and inadequate payment options (e.g., contactless payment doesn't work, some devices are ancient and haven't been upgraded). Parkingpay isn't integrated either. Dear parking garage operators: please order from a different, modern company. Your customers will thank you!

I'm disputing an incorrect invoice. The responsible person isn't on-site. As instructed, I sent an email. The email address was incorrect. Next attempt, contact the service center, and ask them to please forward my email to the person in question. They took the time to write that they wouldn't forward it and where I could go. In that time, the nice person could have sent the email to the responsible person... Well, Skidata... The technicians are good.

We couldn't pay for our parking ticket at the MadiaMarkt Dietikon at the machine until it was blocked. After calling the machine eight times, we finally got a support call. We were told to just drive to the barrier, press the help button there again, and then the machine would let us through. However, the help button didn't work at any barrier or other machine. We finally drove through with the ticket from the person behind us (who had already had to wait 10 minutes). Technically, it was absolute garbage; we couldn't even reach the support person!

In Baden, at the Trafo parking garage, I couldn't pay with Mastercard – even though the sign said it could. When I called, I was told it wasn't their problem, that I should use another machine or get some cash, and then they hung up immediately. I've never been treated so rudely!
