Excellent Real Estate company. I only had very positive experiences from my initial application and being accepted to handover. They have treated me very fairly and professionally with good communication. Minor repairs in the apartment have been completed in a timely manner. The building is very well maintained with weekly gardening and cleaning of the common areas all completed to a high standard. Overall , a top quality service and highly recommended.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. I felt that my concerns were barely addressed, if at all. The communication was impersonal and rather distant – a genuine dialogue never materialized. It's a shame, because an open exchange would have been important to me.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this real estate company. Their handling of the case was anything but neutral; there was no hearing, and the judgment was clearly biased. Such conduct is not only questionable but also calls into question any professional ethics. It's disturbing to see that some companies act so shortsightedly, while thankfully there are many others that demonstrate a fairer and more objective approach. I hope that this company will reconsider its practices and improve in the future.
