I lived in this accommodation for eight months, and everything went very well. Any small issues that came up were resolved quickly and efficiently. The landlord was very understanding about some external situations that happened to me, and the communication was always kind and respectful. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I stayed with them for two months and here are the things I really appreciated. 1. Fast checkin process and contract signing. My status was not ideal since I got to Zurich a few days earlier and was already frustrated with looking for accomodation. Iman and his business partners were so accommodative of my demands at such a short notice and I appreciated that so much. 2. The place was so clean and super accessible to almost everything you can think of. Also the prices are decent for a short stay. 3. The communication was swift and always reponsive. I mostly appreciated the kindness and understanding that was expressed by Iman (the landlord) on various occasions. In summary, for anyone looking for a short stay in Zurich, I’d unreservedly recommend reaching out to Anterim GmbH.
