We were driving to Migros when an unpleasant incident occurred at the entrance. An employee of Stebatec attempted to cut us off with a company vehicle and honked his horn. When we confronted him, he immediately resorted to insults and displayed extremely aggressive and conspicuous behavior. In our opinion, such conduct is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company. It is particularly disconcerting that this appears to be the same employee (partner) who gave his own company a 5-star rating here – which we find questionable. Respectful interaction should be a given, especially when representing a company. Sincerely,
