Overall good selection with good prices for the local market. I hope the parking come become free permanently as buying some small parts does not worth paying parking. Maybe you canake it free for first 15 minutes at least for small buy basket.
Took longer to prepare my online order as expected. 2 pièces were cut from the wrong wood thickness. I had to go back another day to pick up the correct pieces. They corrected the error without any problems. Still annoying to go back the whole way down to Hornbach after a day of office work.
I had an issue with my online order, they resolved fast, shipped the replacement item for free. Top customer service. Great price.

It is HUGE! Bigger than any other home improvement store I know in Switzerland and even as big as the largest stores i know from the State College PA area.
