I had outstanding excellent professional & personalized service at your store last week and again today from Mr. Kasimi (not sure of the spelling - sorry). He went out of his way to collect a product for me and he was genuinely interested in helping not just me but other customers as well. He also seemed to have a good overview of what was happening in the store whilst he was busy attending customers. I think you have a future manager at your hand. Look after the man and he will go far! Well done! I am highly impressed 👍.
In this shop they don’t update the products that they dont have, so in the webpage can say that they have something, and then surprise after going, they dont. Is dissapointing, and even they tried to give me a different thing 100.- more expensive. Never again

The staff is very unmotivated and unfriendly, I'll never go there again! Today I was there to buy a radio. The staff told me the item wasn't there and that they would have to pick it up from another warehouse, which would take 15 minutes. I said okay, fine, and went to get a coffee. After 15 minutes, I went back. I waited there for another 30 minutes, and then he came and said, "Ah, sorry, I haven't picked it up yet. I'm leaving now." 😳 I said, "You don't have to, sorry, but that's very unfriendly!" On top of that, another unmotivated colleague said, "Okay, goodbye, have a nice day." 😳 No "sorry" or apology from either of them. I've never experienced anything like this here in Switzerland.
