I saw how a cooker put nuggets into plates by hands without gloves. For me it's a bad sign. French fries were very salty. The salad was absolutely untasty, something bitter was in the salad, cheese and sausage were also not tasty, and salty. The price isn't adequate for the service and quality of food. We, as a family of 4, sat at the table for 4 persons, but suddenly a waiter told us that we need to share the table with other family, although there were free tables. The waiter began to move out items to other place without asking us. I agree with previous comments that service is not polite. P.S. Reply to the owner: reply doesn't explain why the cook touched the meal by hands. Your response is aggressive, and it means that my opinion is true. I have different opinions, but you read only bad because you wanted to be sure that the reason for the bad overview is me. No, it's not me. I like to describe my experience. If you don't like my experience in your place, please, improve your service and food. But instead of improving the service you blame me, because it's easier. We also didn't like to share the table with strangers. In restaurants a family doesn't share tables with strangers. But you hold just shelter, not a restaurant.

We stopped here for a quiet coffe and a break, mid-afternoon on a Sunday. Pleasant surroundings, everything as expected for an off-season restaurant (that's not a bad thing at all). A little pricey for two milky coffees, but it is a Swiss ski resort after all. If we are in the area again, we'd likely have another coffee here.

The food was generally okay. However, there's a lot of room for improvement in customer service. A child who insists on eating vegetarian should be taken seriously, not insulted with a sarcastic remark! I'm still giving it two stars because the waitress apologized after the 9-year-old bravely complained. Welcome to the present! A vegetarian option alongside salad and fries would be desirable and in keeping with the times.

I went to the very cozy Brunni Alp restaurant today with my parents. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and always up for a chat. 🙂👍🏻 The food was absolutely delicious and prepared with so much love. The prices are very fair, and it's definitely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back! ❤️ Best regards from Zurich
