Poor service and communication. The heaters themselves are certainly good. However, it wasn't mentioned during the initial consultation that an electrician would be required. It was also promised that the old heaters would be dismantled and disposed of. The installation appointment was not kept, and there was no notification that it would be delayed by a month. The installation was ultimately carried out by a second company, and their website advertises that everything is handled by a single provider.
