I read reviews from colleagues here about the long loading and unloading times. Unfortunately, I was no exception. I waited for 5 hours. But! The staff at the office and warehouse were friendly. They helped with the loading—they loaded everything themselves in 5 minutes, and quickly completed the paperwork. Thank you so much!

Unloading took five hours, and we even lost the documents. Avoid it, God forbid you end up here.

I feel like all Estee Lauder fragrances have been reformulated in recent years, unfortunately. For example, Knowing Spellbound Beautiful, and, in my opinion, White Linen is the worst. It used to be an absolute favorite of mine, but now it smells like a sewer. I wonder why they do something like that? I think it's a real shame.

Waiting 3 hours for loading because they don't even know that such goods are being shipped, poor organization of documents during transport to England, 4 days of waiting for the client to get a number to close my customs clearance, failure.
