The consultation and delivery of the machines were excellent, and the quality of the equipment is impressive. Unfortunately, we have been very dissatisfied with the service since commissioning. Waiting times for service calls are long, appointments are canceled, and the support team seems understaffed overall. With our previous Schulthess machines, service was available on the same or next day – this standard is sadly not being met here. However, reliable and timely service is crucial for a professional operation.
