These guys are truly exceptional! I rented a racing bike for 5 days, got a great price for it. Really friendly, helpful, flexible and expert staff who put the customer first. Clearly a great management and culture. Fantastic equipment and bikes. Best place I’ve ever rented so far. Thank you so much to the whole staff and to Oli. With direct access to three passes and at the centre of Switzerland this is an ideal base to challenge yourself and enjoy some of the most beautiful sights in the country.

I truly applaud the customer service and dedication of the owner of Imholz Sport to do right by their customers. I had rented a snowboard with bindings for two days and on the second day, I encountered an issue with the toe binding coming loose which unfortunately ended my day on the mountain. I was pretty bummed out and when I returned the equipment, it didn't seem like there was anything that the store could do. Very soon after returning from the trip, I received an outreach directly from the owner, with a sincere and heartfelt apology and a genuine desire to rectify the negative experience. It is clear how much this family-owned business cares and values its customers and I'm truly touched by it. Thank you, Thomas, for listening and for striving to provide your customers with the very best experience. I'll definitely be returning to Andermatt in the future and would be very happy to come back to Imholz again.

First choice for us in andermatt, equipment prepared ahead of time via a simple online form, in and out with the family in 10 minutes, they even have a selection of clothing, sporting goods & an area to fix your bike if cycling through here in the summer! It’s no wonder these guys are the first choice for all in Andermatt, real personal service! Stay clear of the supermarket style hire shops in the main station, Imholz is the place to be! They also have a small store close to Gemstock & an outlet on the cross country tracks. Huge thanks to Thomas & his team, we will be back soon!
