Jose and Augustina were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. They treated us like family, taking the time to rent out our gear the night before and setting us up with convenient lockers for easy access. The tech to scan your foot for boot fitting is a game changer and very insightful, making the whole process precise and hassle-free. The whole team had compassion and dedication to getting everything just right stood out. And, they were more than fair in everything. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and this is the only place we’ll rent from in the future at Andermatt. Highly recommended!

I was there a few days ago. There was a tall, slim man with a moustache and glasses who was just amazing, but unfortunately I don't remember his name. He was very nice, kind and helpful. I also spoke to a young lady who was very nice, too. Overall, I had a very nice experience until I had the misfortune of speaking to the manager, H. Schmidt. He is very full of himself and has no idea what polite interaction is. Or he just does not care. It's the kind of rudeness you experience once in a while and don't forget easily. I feel very sorry for the other team members, who seem like genuinely nice people, for having to work with someone like him. He is the sole reason I will never go back to this shop.

I have been here to rent ski's. It is a cool shop with skilled friendly staff with good advise and nice gear. They way they work is organised and professional. And it was nice to see the hightech equipment they have. For example they don't ask for your shoe size, but measure your feet for the correct rental shoe. Adjusting the ski bindings were done automatical (and not manually). They offer two kind of lockers and you can open the lockers with your ski pass. The shop is a little bit expensive, but I found it worth it. And I can advise it to everyone.

Staff are friendly but the rental and queuing system is way too inefficient. I had to wait over an hour and these mysterious online reservations kept jumping the queue.
