Last week, my three children, my mother, and I experienced the Swiss Snow Experience in Andermatt, thanks to José Paramio, who helped me with every detail to make this dream of skiing with my kids a reality. We have nothing but words of gratitude because it was an extraordinary experience, from the very first contact with him. I simply told him what I expected from the trip, and he took care of everything: accommodation, lift tickets, equipment, lessons, assistance for my mother, and, most importantly, he not only gave my daughter her ski lesson but also made sure she was up on the mountain with all her gear on! (For us, he's a saint!) He was very professional in all aspects of the trip and had a remarkable warmth and kindness. Always attentive to our concerns and needs, he made us feel like locals for seven days in Switzerland. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience in the Swiss snow!

We went snowboarding in Andermatt and it was amazing! Everything was very well organized and the staff was incredibly friendly. You can tell they have experience and know the mountain well. Highly recommended.
