Absolutely catastrophic service! Postponed. Bad UX on their website, on which you can not change your delivery time/place.
A complete disgrace
Fraud – no one rang my doorbell at either of the two times indicated digitally (I was home). Furthermore, no UPS delivery notice was ever left. On another day, UPS even delivered a different package to us. But you're simply sending this package, worth over $350, back? And you made me pay customs online first? Only to then inform me that the package has been returned?
The service is simply awful. The package got lost somewhere in Bachenbülach. Delivery keeps getting postponed. Every day it says "delivery today," but nothing happens... Thankfully, there are better shipping companies!
Unfortunately, I know of no more unreliable company than UPS. Delivery times are repeatedly postponed and then never even met.
