The initial sales process/switch to ServerBase AG was friendly, quick, and courteous. Afterward, every interaction with the company became a hassle, and my disappointment grew steadily. This applied to support, accounting, and all other points of contact (especially emails with an impolite tone). The core products I need are being discontinued. In my opinion, the company's communication regarding such a drastic measure was inadequate. Information was provided solely via email, without any written communication or other channels. I only found out shortly before the service was discontinued. On top of that, there was the constant push to switch to an even more expensive offer, where everything was supposedly better. Based on my experience, I have absolutely no trust in such claims and am pulling the plug. My impression as a customer: Sell, pay, and then please, no further communication. As a consequence, I have canceled all my products/services with ServerBase AG, am arranging a provider switch at short notice, and am eagerly awaiting the refund process. ``` I expect further disappointment from ServerBase AG. My summary: After a really great start, I am completely disappointed with ServerBase AG and would advise everyone to steer clear of them.

Unfortunately, we received insufficient advice at the beginning of our contract with ServerBase AG. As a result, we, N47 Immobilien AG, signed a long-term contract. When we realized that the service did not meet our requirements, we attempted to terminate the contract early and were prepared to pay a reasonable penalty. Despite several attempts at negotiation, ServerBase AG remained inflexible in its position. Consequently, we had to pay everything, even though ServerBase AG incurred no expenses! This was unfortunately one of our lowlight experiences of 2023! For startups that value flexibility, this company might not be the ideal choice.
