I recently visited the store and immediately got the impression that the staff were completely overwhelmed. Conversations made it clear how much pressure they have to endure daily, yet they still do a fantastic job. I have the utmost respect for that! However, it was very noticeable that this pressure apparently stems from the current management. The atmosphere felt tense and unsupportive. From a customer's perspective, it is urgently necessary for the manager to reconsider her leadership style, as it is detrimental to the team and the overall work environment.

I was there this afternoon (May 9, 2025). Although a woman in front of me had been waiting at the checkout for quite some time, no one came to serve us. At one point, another customer even called out, "Hello! There are customers who want to pay at the checkout!" and no one from the employees came, even though everyone heard and saw us. At some point, the woman in front of me said, "I've had enough! If I can't pay here for so long, I'm leaving!" and then she actually left. I had enough, too, and left as well. We left our clothes at the checkout. You're welcome to watch the surveillance cameras from that day, because then you'll see for yourself that the employees simply left the customers standing at the checkout and didn't care at all. Unbelievable! Why do they hire staff who so blatantly refuse to serve customers at the checkout?!

The quality of the goods is terrible, the workers are rude and impolite, and I can't comment on the service!!! I don't recommend it..!
