We have been working with this IT solution for several years. Unfortunately, the service has steadily deteriorated over the years, and we are no longer able to fulfill our clients' requests to the required standard. As an administrator, I would not recommend this solution to anyone and would look for an alternative.

Since Dialog took over the IT for our community, private individuals have been unable to access their e-accounts to view and manage their paid taxes for three years now. I'm happy that our community will soon be switching from you so that this will work again!
