And Mr. Rothacher is also unavailable for questions... what a shame... he made a good, friendly, and honest impression. And we trusted him... Unfortunately, I can't give you a good review...! Please do better with other customers...!
We took out a family insurance policy with him that included one year of free diapers, etc. My wife wasn't deregistered from our old insurance company, and we ended up paying double for the supplemental coverage. Mr. M. Rothacher refused to acknowledge any of this, and we never saw the money we were supposed to spend on the diapers. Beware of this dubious company.
