Travelled through Italy with a large group and tight schedule. Our driver was very friendly and extremely professional, managing the bus well through the busy streets and highways of Italy. He was also flexible with the schedule and open for rerouting. The bus was comfortable, well-equipped with AC, toilet and fridge, and water was available to buy onboard. I definitely recommend using Heusser, and will do it myself again if I have the need.
We were travelling with a large group of students around the mountains of Switzerland and the narrow streets of Italy. Our driver made us feel safe and comfortable even though there was some sudden changes in our schedule from our side. Our driver communicated well, was very flexible and made our long travel very comfortable – we couldn’t ask for a better driver and service! The bus was clean, there was a fridge which was essential with the extreme heat and the air conditioning worked well. There was enough space for both suitcases (in the booth) and smaller hang luggage for nearly 50 people. I would absolutely recommend their services for anyone and I will definitely return someday!
