The selection is excellent. The place is very clean. All in all, very good. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience: On May 29, 2023, at around 4:00 PM, I wanted to buy two punnets of strawberries. I followed all the instructions, and the money was debited from my account via Twint (13 CHF), but unfortunately, none of the doors opened. I reported this by email the same day and sent another email later. To this day, I haven't heard anything. I haven't received a refund, nor have I received any response (apology or explanation). I don't think this is right. It's really a shame and disappointing.
