Liselotte is a woman with a huge heart. She only met my father after his death – and yet treated him as if she had known him forever. In the middle of the night, she lovingly took him out of the refrigerator because she felt he shouldn't spend another night in that cold place. She cared for him all night and even gave him an affectionate nickname. Liselotte is a funeral director with all her heart. We immediately felt safe and welcome with her.
