I'm quite disappointed with my visit. I had to ring the doorbell several times before someone finally opened the door. When I came in and looked around the corner to my right, I saw an employee on his cell phone wearing his own headphones (AirPods). This naturally makes you wonder if that's why he didn't hear the doorbell. A warm welcome was also sadly lacking. Overall, the service seemed inattentive and not particularly customer-oriented. I find this truly regrettable. Under these circumstances, I will be terminating my Visana contracts at the end of 2026.
