The company made a low-priced offer for property management (condominium ownership) and promised references upon request, but unfortunately failed to provide them despite repeated inquiries. It's unclear whether they lack references or are simply unreliable. For us, the risk was too high; we want a dependable management company. Therefore, we did not consider them for the contract, and consequently, I cannot assess their performance if they were awarded the contract.
Absolutely avoid this place! It starts with a charge of 200.- for the initial contact to fill out tax forms, and then you end up with a bill of 755.-, because everything is billed by the minute!
