ok
Road manners should be practiced. Drive wide and long, but drive very narrow.
The first impression wasn't so bad; a friendly employee explained the initial procedure. However, the female employee who was present seemed unfriendly. Once inside the hall, it was impossible to know where to go. There were very few employees who could help, and even then, they weren't busy working themselves. It was utter chaos. We ended up throwing most of our waste onto a huge pile of garbage that everyone seemed to be using for everything. At the end, the bill came to 87 Swiss francs. I asked if it was calculated by weight. No, the employee had estimated what we had. For example, we were charged for 40 kg of paint, even though we only had 20 liters. From now on, we'll be going back to Zurich to dispose of our waste.
I would like to give zero stars, but unfortunately Google forces me to rate at least one star, which I will do. The reason is that this company is scrapping the high-quality Tram 2000 trams belonging to Zurich's public transport authority.
Disposing of two car tires was supposed to cost 20 CHF, and I had to pay a minimum surcharge. Outrageous! Car tire disposal everywhere else costs a flat rate of 5 CHF per tire, no more or less. It's a shame; I probably won't dispose of anything there in the future, especially since the staff is always unfriendly.
