I think the waste disposal site is great. During staffed hours, there's friendly staff on site.

The opening hours are simply ridiculous. During the week I have to work and don't get home until around 7:00 PM. Saturday morning, exactly when I want to sleep in, is the only time I can stop by. No wonder people are illegally dumping their trash.
