Negative- Arrived on time for my booking, left 3 hours later after sitting 1st in the car park for 2 hours before going to the ramp! Well that's the new coffee machine decision made for the sports club, will buy Delizios as I never wait so long at Delica! Plus- friendly security lady, coffee machine and toilet and shower (though if someone is showering you can't use the toilet)
You will be led from room to room with a self guided audio tour to discover the history of cailler brand. A free taste of nuts and chocolates will be served. Also, you will see a chocolate making process then a testing will be served. Additionally, you will finish the visit with a taste of different types of their chocolate. One suggestion I have is to consider an alternative method for the audio guide.
A good place is nestle.unloading while they are doing it. Ramp 10 happens. There is a friendly staff. There is a place for the drivers to rest. There is a place to drink coffee.

Hello everyone reading this review, I had to unload on January 13, 2026. I'm very pleased with the polite people working there, and a special thank you to the security guards, who are very kind, welcoming, and polite. When I arrived in the evening, she said the unloading was already closed and would be tomorrow, although I didn't ask, but she herself said you can park in our parking lot and use the shower 🚿, toilet, and free coffee ☕️. I'm grateful! I give it 5 stars.
