Arrive, park, go to office and give your papers. They will tell you to wait or dock. Unloading is very slow because you have to put every pallette into the control machines. Returnable pallets outside. Felt like I was at home as almost everyone spoke Portuguese. Obrigado.
Faster download. Attentive and helpful staff. Clean restrooms and hot showers are available 24 hours a day. There's a parking lot across the street where you can rest. A good place to relax.
