Absolutely appalling customer service after the (alleged) sale of a professional TV set, which turned out not to be one after 26 months of use (the device was defective). No interest in a solution, no warranty, no apology (a scam against us, as they pocketed the price of a professional-grade device)... Even the CEO, who was always copied on emails, remained silent... We are truly speechless and cannot comprehend this unacceptable behavior at all... The company recently merged with AV Ganz AG, but the owner is still the same... all the more so because we had been long-standing, loyal customers with our businesses.
