Title: Terrible Service – Never Again! This property management company is an absolute disaster! Disorganized, incompetent, and completely uninterested in the tenants' concerns. Instead of solving problems, they are simply ignored or dismissed with absurd excuses. Customer service? Practically nonexistent! Calls are rarely answered, and when they are, it's by unfriendly staff who seem to have absolutely no clue. Repairs take forever – if they ever get done at all. And when someone does show up, the work is so shoddy that you have to get it fixed again immediately. On top of that, the utility bills are completely exorbitant, making you wonder if they're deliberately making mistakes. Transparency? Non-existent! You have to chase after everything, otherwise nothing gets done. Conclusion: This company is an outrage. If you value a functioning property management company, find another one! Real Estate Manager changed its name to Vimova in January 2025!
