Really disappointed. The delivery was promised and paid for as “next day delivery”, and the email was received confirming. It then moved to the next day, and then the next… (the day of the birthday so was required at this point). Eventually received a message saying “packet reported as damaged”. It’s a key ring! It’s just a key ring! It’s very unlikely it would be damaged even if it was sent unwrapped!!!! Just deliver it! The value is nothing, but it’s a massive emotional value for my children as they chose it especially with a photo of them on it for their father’s birthday.
My package is delayed due to undisclosed reasons. I don’t even mind picking it up myself but they don’t even pick up calls!!!
The first UPS delivery was repeatedly delayed. Now another delivery has been sent via UPS, and the same thing is happening again and again – repeatedly delayed. I'm starting to wonder how this company is profitable in Switzerland. It seems to work in Germany and America, but in Switzerland, UPS is by far the most unreliable parcel service.
Terrible delivery! My package was delayed by a week due to weather conditions? Are you kidding me? The sun has been shining for a week. Where is my package?
My package should have arrived ages ago, but UPS just can't seem to manage it. I get an email every day about delivery delays! I'd rather just pick up my package myself because UPS is simply incompetent! And I'm paying for this kind of service?! I'd be ashamed, never again UPS!!!!
I have received 4 packages from UPS so far and they all arrived late!!
