Whoever is the manager should immediately get fired and hire someone better for this piece of s… I never been so mad in my entire life. Thanks to this absolute horrible company I missed my Daughter gift. I never mentioned it to then because if I what have seen so far they would care less. I bought a Gaming pc for my daughter (4k meaning a high-value + Express service) knowing bout the holidays. I had the worst luck to know from where I’m getting the pc shipped have a holiday weekend. Mind you I bought it the 23th… 29th I get im anxious because it haven’t arrived yet… 30th is coming to deliver and I’m happy with but guess what, the only time I’m working and my daughter isn’t at home to receive it have to come JUST at that time 5:36pm. Mind you I’m paying to get it early which means I’m supposed to get it early. I get the delivery attempt notification and obviously I’m pissed about. In the app it says they will send it the next day so today 31th yes 31th even if they work IS A 15 minutes drive from the warehouse to my apartment, I get the notification it’s delay🙂. Now how do I explain my only daughter that her Pc didn’t arrived at time because of my stupidly or this lazy company? Now I have to change the delivery to 12 of January 🙂 Thanks you UPS I’m never going to process anything under this company. Avoid this company if you don’t want to be in a living hell every single day.

UPS Switzerland is by far the worst courier service that can ever be chosen. Do not use UPS for the following reasons: 1. My parcel has not arrived, it has been more than two weeks since ordering it 2. I was told that my address was incomplete, this is complete nonsense, as the goods were ordered on FarFetch. Other goods ordered in the same order arrived by dhl perfectly, no nonsense 3. I provided my “complete” address five days ago, and my order has still not arrived 4. The customer service helpline DOES NOT work 5. Despite sending two emails and numerous calls, I have not heard anything back from ups 6. The famous answer when you do, by potluck get through the disgusting telephone prompts is that we will contact you in two hours. Needless to say, there is never any contact 7. The tracking system says that the parcel has not yet been shipped, but the customer service agent confirmed the parcel will be delivered today, no such delivery has happened I await a response from UPS.

I ship something I need by friday to arrive on thursday, last minute they tell me it'll arrive friday, which would be okay, it's one day of delay. (bad management) But it arrives 12:00-16:00 and I can't change the window, this would be a serious problem normally, because I'm not taking an afternoon off to receive a package. (bad management) But luckily, on this exact friday I'm free to receive it from 12:30 onwards. I arrive home and my package arrives ~5mins later, as I'm cooking, in the time that I take my food off the heat (<1 minute), so it doesn't burn, and go outside, the driver is already gone, and I have a note saying they'll come again on monday. (bad management, why deliver signed packages at that time? just reconfigure the route software to not schedule any until 13:00, also you must have really bad KPIs to rush signatures this much) I need my package today, so I fight through their website to find the support number, call up service, fight through a stupid robot to get to a real person. (bad management) Customer support is actually really helpful and tells me my package was sent from and will return to here, and that I can maybe get it when the driver is back after 18:00. I come here after 18:00 to try to get my package, and Pepe tells me they arrive back by 7-8 normally and that I should come again then. (bad management, customer support wasn't informed properly) I come back at 7:30 and Pepe has my Package put to the side and everything prepared, I show her my ID and go home with my (mangled) package. TLDR: Pepe for CEO, get this management outtt.

The worst delivery experience I had in my entire life! So unacceptable and unprofessional! I took a home office specifically to receive the laptop because it is urgent but 3 times they ring quickly once then leave immediately! by the time you're downstairs to try to catch them they are already gone and left a notice that leads to nothing practical! and they have no real customer support! only AI that makes your experience even more complicated and uncomfortable

UPS has the correct delivery name and address but is instead destroying a family heirloom! They sent this message Nye when offices are closed and you get bizarre AI assistant loop with no one to call, I’m willing to drive to Bülach to pickup but no one responds! DESTROYING! Please do not destroy a family heirloom, that is evil and would result in us abandoning UPS as a trustworthy company for shipping goods internationally. If you can’t figure out how to deliver a package 20min away from Bülach to Zürich then the next move is to return to the sender, at UPS expense, not to destroy the family heirloom. If this is not resolved immediately I will reach out to Swiss newspaper publications about this. I’ve spent the month of December responding to ups with my phone number, how is this not resolved and my family heirloom in my hands!
