The employee at this branch was extremely rude. He had absolutely no customer focus and showed no interest in finding a solution. I will never return to this branch!

The branch manager was incompetent. Completely overwhelmed, her German wasn't good, and she was unfriendly to people with disabilities. She insisted on returning an online order without the box, claiming she'd have to dispose of it anyway. Absolutely terrible.

This store doesn't accept online returns of sporting goods because it's not a Dosenbach Sport store. I have to return it in person at a Dosenbach Sport location, even though it says it's available in every branch! I won't be shopping at this store again!
