Unfortunately, I have had a negative experience with Mr. Caruso and his company. On the positive side, his operating cost statements are accurate. However, responses to my inquiries were often delayed by several months, and sometimes not received at all (e.g., when I asked for his job description). At the last owners' meeting, Mr. Caruso reacted defensively to critical questions and became insulting and personal in his responses. His choice of words was unprofessional.
