The shop assistant offered extra guarantee what I did decline because I want to ship the item (an oled tv ) over 1000 km away. No point to pay extra 180 Chf for something I can practically never use. He turned extremely unfriendly after that. Never again. The tv is cool tho the price was excellent.

Today I wanted to buy a fridge. Price was right, size was right and the sales chap was cool. However, when I asked to swap the side of the door opening side I was told that this is subject to delivery and service costs of chf 130 although I wanted to pick up the fridge myself. It is an irony that I pay additional money just to change the side of the door, especially when the fridge itself costs chf 299. Long story short I refused to buy the fridge. Will I ever buy anything else at Fust? Probably not. Customer service is not ripping off the customer with such unnecessary supplemental costs.
