Zuerich are handling their customers as garbage... since 3 years every December they hide in the bill send in December tariff increase for 1 Jan of the new year = first you need to see it then you have no time to react. Now I have enough and I say bye to Zuerich....

Awful insurance company. The only guaranteed outcome is a complete breakdown! It took me a month to cancel my policy, and despite sending both an email and a letter, it wasn't finalized. If I hadn't been relentless on the last day of the cancellation period and waited on the phone for written confirmation via email, I probably still wouldn't have canceled. They didn't even know my email address, even though I've been insured for at least three years. I wasted about five hours on hold and on the phone. I should be entitled to compensation for this nonsense. They promised me callbacks and email replies multiple times, but nothing came. How can they then ask for my email address after the hundredth attempt? Terrible! Save yourself the hassle and choose a different company!

Zurich Insurance is completely disorganized and unfriendly to customers. I've been trying to reach Ms. Papaleo for two months. I've left messages multiple times, sent emails, and even spoken to other employees who left messages. Nothing works. I've completely lost the desire to take out any policy with Zurich Insurance.

A TOTAL SCAM, I opened a YouTube ad and without even signing or requesting insurance with these online scammers, they were charging me money from my bank account. The good thing is that my accounts are at 0 ;D SCAMMERS! Scammers! They should be in jail.
