After a two-hour delay due to an accident, my small metalwork order was handled competently and very courteously. The quote was supposed to arrive in my mailbox within three days. It's now four weeks later, and I still haven't received it, despite calling several times a week. Unfortunately, my calls were rarely answered. I'm only giving two stars because I can't assess the actual metalwork and because you were very friendly. Please inform new customers if you are unable to accept new orders due to time constraints. That would have saved my business. I wish you continued success nonetheless.
