I had to wait really long to get my order and I received the wrong item. It took them a whopping 6 weeks to kindly answer my email with the claim and they couldn't be reached over the phone. What kind of company is this? I get a much better quality of service from Aliexpress and the orders arrive faster and I get what I ordered.
There was a small problem with my order, but support was really helpful and sorted everything out after a call. The prices are very attractive & delivery was really fast!
