I've used Moneyhouse for a few weeks for a project, so I subscribed for the 6 months plan. I was naive not to read the small script, telling me that the subscription is recurring. Before the subscription renewed, no communication whatsoever came from Moneyhouse telling me that the 6 months subscription will be renewed in the upcoming days. When I saw the charge for renewal on my account, I immediately contacted the customer support via e-mail and asked kindly for reimbursement, since my account history shows that I only used the product for a week or two then didn't even log in. That did not happen, they said, nothing can be done and I cannot get reimbursed. The funny thing is that they said that I can cancel my subscription latest one day before the payment would happen. If they would have sent me a note: Hey, FYI we are renewing your account tomorrow, bye, they would have spared me a phone conversation, writing this review and I would have left as a happy customer that might return to their service in the future. So please be aware and choose someone else's product!
Moneyhouse is very close to be a scam. Firstly in over 95% of the search the information is of no added value vs what you can find for free elsewhere. Second their renewal condition are abusive and even if legal for whatever reason are amoral. In short when you are signing up you are informed that the renewal will be automatic and you never get any further notice until you are automatically renewed. No added value and unethical business model. Stay away!
Be careful if you want fast information you will not get it by paying online for Moneyhouse Premium - they say they first have to send you a code by post. However they called me about 30 minutes later to speed up the activation, so if you are in a hurry and want immediate information give them a quick ring and they will activate it for you immediately.
Of no use, the information available is not informative, subscription renews automatically without a reminder & when using it for additional information, even when providing detailed info, they are unable to do it, I won't be using them in the future & would not recommend them to anyone that wants information on companies, people & their credit rating & past financial payment info.
DON'T spend a "Rappen" in this company, you just waist your money! search in Google instead, you get much better result for free
