A second company with such customer-friendly service representatives as Finder (Switzerland) AG, which more than generously replaced a defective timer relay with one of my defective relays from Distrelec over two years ago, clearly without any warranty claim, is yet to be found. Furthermore, I have been using this type of timer relay 80.01.0.240.0000 and dozens of electromechanical relays from Finder for at least four to fourteen years in various cooling units and a heat pump with up to 100 switching cycles per day without a single failure. These relays have repeatedly saved us from major damage and energy waste. N.B. This review was written voluntarily due to a unique experience and was not requested by Finder.
